All parts are checked, tested and come with a 30 day replacement warranty...unless otherwise specified-lifetime warranty available, ask for details.

We are located in the Sacramento Metro Area of Northern California, a no salt State. Our inventory of recycled Mitsubishi, Saturn, Daewoo or Dodge Import parts does not have the rust problems that are associated with salting the highways, during the Winter months.

Standard Limited 30 Day Warranty
1. M & S Recycling (Warrantor) warrants all parts for 30 days unless otherwise specified from the date of purchase.
2. IMPORTANT: All gaskets, seals & timing belt NOT warranted on Engines, Transmissions, and Rear Ends.
3. To prevent leaks and damage we strongly recommend replacing gaskets, seals & timing belt.
4. Warranty VOID if part is altered, dissambled, or overheated.
5. Labor NOT warranted.
6. In event of defect, promptly notify warrantor.
7. Warrantor will at Warrantors option refund or within a reasonable time replace mechanical part.
8. The obligations of the warrantor are limited to replacement or refund only. Implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular use are limited to the same days as the limited written warranty. Warrantor shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages including but not limited to labor, installiation, removal or use of this merchandise.
9. This is the only warranty given by the Warrantor. This Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
The words Mitsubishi, Saturn, Dodge, Chrysler Plymouth are used solely to identify a make of automobile and does not imply or indicate any affiliation or relation with the manufacturer or distributor.
10. It is the your responsibilty to keep your reciept. We do not keep records of your reciept and warranty information. WITHOUT A VALID RECIEPT THERE IS NO WARANTY! NO EXCEPTIONS!

EXTENDED WARRANTY PACKAGES
There are 3 extended warranty packages availble for purchase. 6 month, 1 year and lifetime PARTS AND LABOR Warranties. These warranties must be purchased with the part at the time it was purchased. They are not implied. A 30 day replacement warranty, as listed above, is THE STANDARD WARRANTY. These extended warranty packages shall retain all of the benefits of the 30 day limited warranty agreement but will include provisions for parts replacement and LABOR reimbursement as well as additional warranty time to include 6 months or 1 year from the time of purchase.

1. The warranty shall apply to the purchaser set forth below.
2. The warranty shall apply only so long as the part is installed in the vehicle described below.
3. The warranty shall apply only for purposes of parts used in personal vehicles not constituting a vehicle used for commercial, industrial or business, or racing purposes.
4. The part purchased is warranted for as long as the purchaser of the part owns the vehicle that part is installed in.
5. Customer is responsible for shipping and handling of replacement part(s).
If the part fails to function, bring this warranty, the invoice, and the defective part back to us to receive a replacement or repair. Additionally M&S recycling will reimburse the cost of normal labor to replace the part. Other expense incurred by the purchaser, including but not limited to towing charges, loss of time, loss of use of vehicle, inconvenience, lodging, oil filters, telephone or telegraph charges, car or truck rental, gaskets, or seals are not included in the extended warranty packages. The lifetime warranty described herein pertains only to the original purchaser and may not be assigned or transferred in any manner. M&S recycling reserves the right to inspect any part subject to this warranty and may change its warranty policy upon notice to the purchaser. Buyer affirms that buyer has had ample opportunity to inspect and examine the used automobile part which is subject to this lifetime replacement warranty. Buyer further acknowledges that the warranty of merchant ability is expressly excluded from this agreement by the parties.

Additional Warranty/Return Information
1. No CASH Refunds.
2. 25% Restocking charge on approved returns.
3. No returns or deposit refunds on special order or body cuts.
4. Warranty is void if parts are altered, disassembled or overheated.
5. Cores must be returned within 30 days or core deposit may be forfeited.
6. Engine and transmission cores must have all fluids drained or core deposit may be forfeited.
7. Any deposits received may be forfeited after 30 days.
8. $25.00 service charge on returned checks.
9. All returns must be accompanied by a return authorization #(RA#).
10. To obtain an RA# please call 1-800-695-4700.
11. Packages returned to us without a RA# may be refused and returned to you.
